Master Trainer Profile
Sidharth Tripathy is the founder and CEO of Singapore based socio-educational organization Skillizen Learning Global. During his research work at Harvard University on Educational Innovation in 2011, Mr.Tripathy conceived and pioneered the development of the World’s 1st curriculum on Critical Life Skills for Grades I-XII. Since then, Mr. Tripathy has been working with school leaders, teachers and life skills trainers in 70+ countries across the world helping them to implement a criterion-referenced and evidence-backed life skills transfer mechanism.
Further, he has conceptualized and developed the world’s 1st Olympiad on life skills that calibrate the life skills proficiency of children across 24 critical skills. Mr. Tripathy has authored 28 books on Life Skills that are sold worldwide through Amazon and other global platforms. He is a visiting faculty at some of the world’s top institutions such as Wharton, IIT Delhi and has conducted numerous life skills certification training programs for teachers across the globe.
He is an Electronics Engineer, MBA from S.P.Jain Institute of Management and a Master’s degree holder from Harvard University with a special focus on Educational Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship. Earlier in his career, he has had a decade long corporate experience with leading MNC’s like GE & FedEx. Mr. Tripathy is also a top-ranked ultra-marathoner who has won many long-distance races up to 100km.
