Refund & Cancellation Policy
Registration, Refund, and Cancellation Information for all participants of the “Life Skills Trainer Certification” programs offered by Life Skills University, Singapore are listed below. You may register for Upcoming programs by using our secure online environment (which can be found on our website www.lifeskillsuniv.org and, you will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your payment.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
- Unless specifically stated on registration details, the deadline to receive a full refund for your program fees is two weeks (i.e, 14 days)prior to the start date of the scheduled certification program.
- Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation processing fee.
- Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend the program and/or have failed to contact us prior to the deadline. “No shows” are subject to the full program fees and no refunds will be issued once the program has started.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- All refund requests must be made by the registrant or credit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the registrant and/or transaction number in addition to the date of the program.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Program Cancellation by Life Skills University, Singapore
- Life Skills University, Singapore reserves the right to cancel any program due to circumstances that would make the conducting of the program non-viable.
- If Life Skills University or the parent organization Skillizen Learning Global, Singapore for any reason cancels the program, registrants will be contacted by us and offered a full refund.
- Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement or rescheduling of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fees or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
These above policies apply to all Life Skills University programs unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program details. Please read each individual program’s information thoroughly.
